Returns & Refunds
We hope you’re happy with your order. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so provided that it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all original packaging.
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and unused items, counted from the day you receive your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened lip products cannot be returned.
Purchases Made Through Retailers
If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for returns or refunds. For in-store purchases, proof of purchase is required.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at kontakt@talacosmetics.se with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be:
Unused and unopened
In original packaging
Securely packaged to avoid damage during transit
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
